Delivery Information

• Delivery charges are Rs. 249 for orders below Rs. 5,000.
• Orders in Lahore are generally delivered within 24–48 hours.
• Orders to other cities and towns are generally delivered within 3–5 working days.
• Standard overall delivery time may be 5–7 working days, and there is no delivery on Sundays.
• Orders above Rs. 15,000 require advance payment.
• Orders weighing more than 10 KG are charged Rs. 50 per additional KG.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
• The merchandise must not be damaged or used and must be returned in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned merchandise is received and checked.
